"Dr. Berry (Don) has been a godsend. I love to play tennis, but as I was getting older, I was having a hard time moving after playing. About 4 years ago Don performed a functional movement screening and guided me through an excellent set of mobility and kettlebell exercises. I felt immediately better, no longer hurting after playing. I felt stronger, and was able to increase my level of play. When I first started working with Don, I had a hard time swinging a 12 kg kettlebell, now I can work with two 24 kg bells. I'm more in tune with my body and what I need to do if I notice an ache.
